Sure we need it ! One for voice, but also for IM. I don’t know about you, but my E70 is not very reliable when it comes to VoIP (i used Sipgate, Germany) and the setup is a huge pain. If the Skype app on Symbian is as clean as it is on my Mac, then i can’t wait to use it. Free calls, can’t beat that
Since 70% of my mobile phone bill is international calls, i (or better my company) could save big time. Just hope my provider (eplus) doesn’t block it.

yes it’s needed… solong it works over the 3G connection.
I currently use voipbuster with my E61 SIP settings, but it’ll only accept WLAN.
An official skype application for symbian s60v3 would be great… as will a good application where I can play the game of “go” with
